It is time for our next General Membership meeting!

This General Membership Meeting (GMM) is especially important, as we will be electing our Local Executive Committee, approving the local budget, considering resolutions and constitutional amendments, electing our delegation to Regionals and Convention 2026.

All members in good standing will receive the meeting agenda, link, and documentation in their personal email prior to the meeting.

Below, you will find the link to submit nominations for positions on the next Local Executive Committee and for the delegation to Convention 2026, as well as the next Regional meeting.

• The term for the incoming Executive Committee is January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027.

• Regional Meeting will take place March 21, 2026 in Windsor.

• Convention 2026 will take place April 9–11, 2026 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

Submitting nominations in advance helps us keep the meeting running smoothly and reduces time spent on the floor. At the GMM, all nominees will have the opportunity to accept or decline their nomination. If you know you have been nominated but cannot attend the meeting, you may email Simon Langford to indicate whether you accept the nomination.
